For as long as we can remember, we've wanted to create something that gives back to our local community. A place where people of all ages can come together, whether that's for great food and coffee, a creative workshop, live music, a family catch-up or just a quiet moment to unwind.
Cornmill Yard is our way of bringing that vision to life.
We're passionate about supporting local businesses, championing local talent and creating opportunities for people to connect. We love meeting new people, building friendships and welcoming familiar faces through our doors. Our hope is that Cornmill Yard becomes somewhere you return to time and time again, not just because of what's on the menu, but because of how it makes you feel.

Behind the bar, you'll find a carefully curated selection of soft drinks and alcoholic beverages, championing some fantastic English producers alongside all of your classic favourites.

Looking for somewhere a little different to celebrate?
Whether it's a birthday, baby shower, christening, engagement, anniversary, networking event or family get-together, Cornmill Yard is available for private hire in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
Our venue is available for Saturday afternoons and evenings, Sundays, and Monday to Thursday evenings (subject to availability and existing workshop bookings).
We'd love to help you create an event that's personal and memorable.
